If You Are a Seller Being a Client means:
- There is a signed Listing Agreement with the Brokerage.
- The REALTOR® shares their knowledge and expertise with you, they do research to best serve you as a client.
- The REALTOR® provides marketing and advertising.
- The REALTOR® will negotiate all offers on your behalf.
- The REALTOR® will act on your behalf in a multiple representation situation.
- The Brokerage verifies and warrants accuracy of information provided.
Being a Customer means:
- There is a signed Customer Service Agreement with the Brokerage.
- Customer must inquire about comparisons in order to ascertain list price.
- The REALTOR® will not market or advertise the property.
- The REALTOR® will not negotiate any offers.
- The REALTOR® will not represent a customer in a multiple representation situation.
If You Are a Buyer Being a Client means:
- There is a signed Buyer Representation Agreement with the Brokerage.
- The REALTOR® shares their knowledge and expertise with you, they do research to best serve you as a client.
- The REALTOR® will negotiate all offers on your behalf.
- The REALTOR® will act on your behalf in a multiple representation situation.
- The Brokerage verifies and warrants accuracy of information provided.
Being a Customer means:
- There is a signed Customer Service Agreement.
- Only required to show properties requested and give list price of said properties.
- The REALTOR® will not negotiate any offers.
- The REALTOR® will not represent a customer in a multiple representation situation.
